These terms govern your use of AiWake News Alarm. By creating an account or using AiWake, you agree to them.
The service
AiWake combines alarms, current search results, AI-generated summaries and device text-to-speech. Briefings are informational and may contain errors, omissions or delayed information. They are not financial, medical, legal or other professional advice.
Alarm reliability
Device permissions, Focus or silent-mode behavior on unsupported operating systems, battery settings, connectivity, operating-system updates and service outages can affect alarms or briefings. Keep a backup alarm for travel, medication, safety-critical work or any situation where a missed alarm could cause harm.
Subscriptions
AiWake offers Free, Plus and Pro plans. Plus and Pro are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play. The store shows the exact local price before purchase. Payment is charged to your store account when you confirm. Unless canceled, the subscription renews automatically within 24 hours before the end of each billing period. You can manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Deleting your AiWake account does not cancel a store subscription.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass plan limits, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or harmful prompts, or use briefings to infringe another person's rights. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, providers or the service.
Your content and sources
You retain rights in prompts you submit. You allow us and our service providers to process them only as needed to operate and improve the requested service. News articles and linked sources remain the property of their owners.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every alarm, source or briefing will always be available, current or error-free. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
