For help with AiWake News Alarm, email hello@aictuallylabs.com. Include your phone model and operating-system version, but never send your password or an API key.
Alarm did not ring
Confirm the alarm is enabled and that AiWake has alarm and notification permission. On iPhone, prominent AlarmKit alarms require iOS 26 or later. On older versions, AiWake uses standard notifications, which can be affected by Focus and silent-mode settings. Keep a backup alarm for critical events.
Briefing did not play
A fresh briefing needs internet access at alarm time. Open AiWake from the alarm, confirm you are signed in, and check that a voice for the selected language is installed in your phone's accessibility or speech settings.
Subscriptions
Use Plans & Billing in AiWake to restore purchases. Manage or cancel recurring billing from the App Store or Google Play account that made the purchase.
Delete your account
Sign in, choose Delete account in AiWake, and confirm. This permanently removes the AiWake account and its alarms. Cancel any active store subscription separately to prevent future renewal.
